The Japanese Whisky Passport “Copper Stamp Book” is a unique project that invites whisky enthusiasts to visit distilleries across Japan and collect commemorative “Copper Stamps” from each one—much like collecting goshuin stamps at temples and shrines or railway stamps at stations throughout Japan.
The passport is called the “Copper Stamp Book” because the pot stills used to distill whisky are traditionally made of copper.

Single Malt Japanese Whisky “Kyoda”
The “Kyoda” series is a Japanese whisky crafted entirely at the Kyoda Distillery in Okinawa, where every step—from mashing and fermentation to distillation and maturation—is carried out in-house. The whisky is finished non-chill filtered and with no added coloring, allowing its natural character and rich flavors to shine through.
Experience Helios Distillery’s distinctive approach to cask maturation, rooted in our origins as a rum producer. The series features carefully selected Oloroso sherry casks from Spain for its sherry cask finish, as well as a rum cask finish using our own long-aged rum casks.

Visit Kyoda Distillery, Where Helios Whisky Is Crafted
At the Kusu Kura Shop, you can enjoy tastings and shop for a variety of products, including whisky, awamori, rum, and liqueurs.
Our distillery tour also includes a visit to the aging warehouse, where numerous whisky and spirit casks are carefully stored and matured.
